Event location,

The venue name speaks for itself: we had to find a perfect match for the vibe and location. Weddings, lavish birthday and corporate parties, dance and music galas — these are special, upscale events with a strict dress code and a solemn atmosphere.

LUXX had been an event venue for some time, but the interior had become outdated. Clients found it tiresome and the owners realised that change was inevitable.

The space came with some unique challenges, including multi-level ceilings and columns that got in people’s way. Another thing was a remote seating area, which was unpopular with visitors and which we turned into a private room for VIP guests.

We used arches and mirrors to transform the space and created some tongue-in-cheek mouldings (spherical and asymmetrical) to add a sense of fun. We also managed to convince the owners to go with a dark colour on the ceiling: they were concerned that it would make the space seem smaller, but the effect was totally opposite.
