Space-planning solution
Creating the basis for the future interior, working with plans. We offer up to 3 layout options, describe their pros and cons, show you a simplified 3D model, discuss it and choose the best option. In the end, we approve the floor plan, functional zoning, where and how the furniture is arranged

Style and concept
We are crafting moodboards and create a presentation with images that we’ll use as a basis for our design. In the end, we get a clear understanding of what colors and finishes will be used, and what kind of furniture you like. When the preparation is done, all that’s left is to visualize it and add more details

3D collages or 3D visualizations
We select and approve finishing materials, lighting and furniture. Particular item numbers that are available for purchase in your region and that correspond to the project budget. Using these materials, we create photorealistic images of your interior. They’re not abstract images, but photos from the future – this is how your interior will look with overall dimensions of the furniture and the distance between the furniture items

Working project
Creativity is over, our architects turn the sketches into work documents. They include plans for floors, ceilings, wiring, plumbing, ventilation, heating as well as wall elevations, statements, technical requirements for built-in furniture production, etc. (you can view the project components and an example of documentation by referring to the link below)
