The cost of consultation with the lead designer of the studio is €200 (+ VAT). The consultation does not involve a designer working before or after his visit. With the help of our software, we give you a 3D tour of the planning solution with potential furniture. The cost of the planning solution depends on the specifics of the project and is calculated individually.

The terms “shopping list” and “procurement” mean different things. An interior design project considers including a shopping list, but doesn’t consider us communicating with suppliers, inquiring about the availability of particular items and delivery terms, checking on an item’s or material’s technical nuances or ensuring that all the materials are from the same batch. However, all of this is included in the “Procurement” service as well as reaching agreement on samples, their purchase, discussion and approval of drawings with built-in furniture designers, preparation of invoices, and our presence during the assembly process.

We offer our customers to purchase furniture, sanitary ware and lighting through our design bureau from our partners. Firstly, it is profitable: you buy items at retail price or with a little discount, additionally we provide free of charge service. Secondly, it is reliable: we work only with verified European factories in the "medium" and "medium plus" price segments, as well as with selected mass market platforms, we keep guarantees and handle complaints. If our pool of suppliers does not match your request, we can arrange for you to purchase on a general open source basis. In this case, the purchase invoices will contain our commission.

The Project management service is provided from the moment of interaction with the contractors for the first time until the project completion (or returning the key). The service is charged monthly, the exact cost is calculated individually, taking into account the specifics of the project.
